Michael Crews Development Homes
are Built for Holiday Entertaining

With large living and dining rooms, spacious backyards, and open kitchens that include breakfast nooks, slab-granite countertops and large serving islands, Michael Crews Development homes are the perfect place for upcoming holiday gatherings.

“Michael Crews Development homes are built to host and accommodate guests providing plenty of space and top-notch entertainment-style features in every home,” said Denise Sherr , Michael Crews Development Design Consultant.

Sherr says Michael Crews Development homeowners love the warm, inviting kitchens when holidays come around because they are extremely functional for cooking, cleaning, eating and visiting. She added that another highlight for guests is the pre-wired high-tech entertainment and sound system that is included in the living rooms.

“Sound systems are hits these days,” Sherr said. “Picture all your friends and family kicked back watching the football game on the big screen, or the kids playing video games. The homes have ample room both inside and out to just sit and visit. It’s an ideal treat for homeowners and guests, and with the current Trade-Up Program, homeowners can still be in a new home by Thanksgiving.”

In as little as 72 hours, Michael Crews Development can take your current home in trade so you can upgrade to a brand new Michael Crews Development home. The Trade-Up Program is currently available at several neighborhoods throughout Inland North County including the beautiful Potter’s Creek and Wildwood Canyon neighborhoods in Fallbrook, the Trinity neighborhood in Bonsall and the Cityscape and Maple Glen neighborhoods in Escondido.
