Surprises Buyers with Standard Features List

Michael Crews Development is surprising customers with their incredible list of standard features.

“It’s hard for people to believe the amazing features that come standard in a Michael Crews Development home,” said David Bennett, Michael Crews Development Sales Associate. “When customers see our list of standard features, they always say, ‘That’s included!’ And when they actually experience the features in our model home, the looks of surprise on their faces are priceless.”

Michael Crews Development is now seeking these priceless looks of surprise and welcomes all potential homebuyers to be a part of their new “That’s Included!” campaign.

“We are currently taking photographs of customers who agree to have their “surprise” expressions included in our weekly advertising,” Bennett said. “After they tour our model home, they simply tell us what standard features surprised them most, and then we snap their photo. Every photo and surprise feature caption will be considered for one of our weekly ads.”

 “Time and time again we find that one of the biggest selling points for our customers is the incredible list of standard features,” said Katherine Renner, Sales Associate for Michael Crews Development. “Customers love the fact that the homes already include high quality products, and there is no need to worry about paying for upgrades or optional features. The photographs and the ‘That’s Included!’ campaign are a fun way for us to feature our homes, the people who buy them and the reasons they buy them.”

“Everything really is included,” Bennett said. “Buyers should definitely come and see for themselves by touring one of the model homes.”

Tours of model homes are currently available at Potter's Creek in Fallbrook, and the City Lights II neighborhood in Escondido . A host will be available to assist customers daily at both sales offices from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

To get to City Lights II, from I-15, exit Valley Parkway heading West. Turn left on 11th Ave. Turn right on Sal Glen, and another right on Cal Glen. The Sales Office is on the right side of the road at the end of the cul-de-sac.

To get to Potter’s Creek in Fallbrook, exit on Highway 76 West. Take an immediate right onto Old Hwy 395, and turn left on Reche Rd. Turn right on Fallbrook St., and another right on Dallas Rd. Follow the signs to the Sales Office.
