Michael Crews Companies are getting a new home. The rendering at left shows the upcoming, cutting-edge, Michael Crews Development corporate office that Michael Crews Commercial Development is presently entitling. Designed by McArdle Associates Architects, it will be the future corporate home for all Michael Crews Companies, as well as a few lucky professional tenants.

Outside Looking In

The two-story building plan includes 24,768 square feet, an undulating radius building façade and 94 parking spaces situated on an elevated plateau overlooking Route 78 and surrounded by lush landscaping. The entrance from Montiel Road will be design-coordinated and have a monument sign. The entry to the lobby shall include an aluminum canopy supported by three vertical aluminum diamonds signifying the triple diamond Michael Crews Corporate motif.

What’s On the Inside

Functionality combined with beauty and light will be the central theme piloting the design. With a lobby that soars high above visitors, and a reception station set within a grand aluminum and glass stair system, the first floor shall consist of retail-oriented divisions, and one or more tenants. The ground floor will also encompass storage, elegant restrooms, an elevator and a specialized plan review room that will be accessed separately for subcontractors and vendors.

The second floor will be the new home for Michael Crews Development, Emerald Crest Engineering and Michael Crews Commercial Development. The ceilings shall be open and vast accentuating the light emanating through the exterior glass. The interior design will create an open and bright atmosphere incorporating glass vision panels with aluminum and modern details.
